Facing a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Through your Aviva Income Protection policy, you may have access to specialist cancer support from Perci Health.
Perci Health is the UK’s largest virtual cancer clinic, working in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support. The service gives you access to experienced Cancer Nurse Specialists and a wider team of expert cancer clinicians, supporting you from diagnosis, through treatment and into recovery.
The service works alongside your NHS or private treatment. It is designed to complement your care, not replace it.
What support is available?
You will be allocated a dedicated Cancer Nurse Specialist who can help you understand your diagnosis, prepare for appointments, manage side effects, talk through concerns and plan for recovery and returning to work, where appropriate.
If you need additional specialist support, your nurse can also coordinate access to Perci Health’s wider team of cancer clinicians, including physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, menopause specialists, pain specialists and neuropathy clinicians.

How the service works
Support is delivered virtually through video or telephone appointments, with secure messaging available between appointments.
You will also have access to Perci Health’s secure digital platform, where you can view your care plan, access trusted information and keep everything in one place.
How to access support
If you are diagnosed with cancer and make a claim under your Aviva Income Protection policy, Aviva will talk you through the support available.
With your consent, Aviva can refer you to Perci Health. Once registered, your dedicated Cancer Nurse Specialist will contact you to arrange your first appointment and begin building your personalised care plan.
